Physiotherapy Program

Physiotherapy for those unable to access OHIP/Private services for muscular, skeletal, joint, mobility concerns.

  • People who are unable to access physiotherapy services through private coverage, benefits, or other funded services
  • People with impairment, dysfunction, injury, and/or pain related to muscles, joints, skeleton, mobility, and/or activity

• Individual physiotherapy services including assessment and follow-up visits
• Physiotherapist supervised group and circuit-based programs
• Coordination with available community resources

• Optimizing mobility, physical activity, and overall health and wellness
• Preventing disease, injury, and disability
• Managing acute and chronic conditions, activity limitations, and participation restrictions
• Improving and maintaining optimal functional independence and physical performance
• Rehabilitating injury and the effects of disease or disability with therapeutic exercise programs and other interventions
• Educating and planning maintenance and support programs to prevent re-occurrence, re-injury, or functional decline
