Effective August 31, 2026 the Northumberland Family Health Team will be seeing patients at our new temporary office in the Port Hope Medical Centre.

Due to a flood on Aug. 9 at the Northumberland Mall, we have been forced to relocate during the renovation process. We ask for your patience as we work through setting up this new office and contacting patients. We will be offering in-office appointments starting Monday, Aug. 31. However, due to space constraints, we have to relocate or temporarily suspend some programs. 

The COPD Excercise group is cancelled until further notice. 

The RISE program will be meeting at Ed's House.
