The NFHT office in the lower level of the Northumberland Mall will be closed on September 21 and 22 so that all of our staff can train on the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system that all of our offices are migrating to.
We are making this change to:
- increase efficiency
- enchance patient care
- increase patient satisfaction
- improve communication
We are always working towards providing our patients with better service. Having all of our offices work in the same software, on the same database, enables all of us to respond better to our patients’ needs.
