Telephone Health Advisory Service
- This service is available to the NFHT’s enrolled patients when our clinics are not open.
- Patients who call THAS have access to a Registered Nurse who will provide them with symptom-based health advice and information.
- In some cases, the nurse will contact an on-call Family Health Team doctor to discuss your symptoms and determine the most appropriate course of action.
- With your consent, the nurse will send information to your health care provider about your call to the THAS.
